Do I need to be home?

It is always good to meet your personal home cleaner and have that conversation about any special concerns about your home's care, but if not, there are many ways to arrange access. All of our home cleaners are insured & bonded, but most of all, trustworthy! And based on our conversation and their experience and training they will know what to expect.

Will you send the same cleaner(s) every time?

Our policy is to send your personal home cleaner(s) each clean. We find consistency makes sense and your will always see that familiar face. If you ever feel like you want a complete change we are always flexible; our number one concern is your comfort..

What are your hours?

We generally schedule Monday through Friday starting at 8am. We are very flexible; if you need to meet with your home cleaner earlier we can arrange alternate times or even clean on a Saturday or Sunday. We will always work with your needs.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If we miss something, simply notify us and within 24 hours your home cleaner will return to correct any issue and, of course, not charge to you.

What about contracts?

We do not believe in contracts. We feel that when we provide an excellent cleaning service, you will continue to use that service. It's also our firm opinion that consumers should have the option of ending or pausing self initiated services at any time they choose. Of course, appropriate advance notice is always greatly appreciated.

What about payments?

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept Cash and Checks.

How much do you charge?

We do provide you with a good faith quote. The quote will be based on the information you provide to us and generally we are very close in time and dollars. If you are a little uncomfortable at your first home cleaning being an hourly charge we can easily cap the total amount upon request.
